I couldn’t wait to leave this review.. first off and most importantly , the staff and hotel were both lovely.. the staff were such great with communication and helping with anything needed , the hotel was clean, and location was perfect ..
I disliked that the hotel grounds were hot.. the design was open , so air conditioning isn’t used unless you are in your room..

We had a very pleasant stay at Casa Dorada. The cleanliness throughout the property was excellent, and most of the employees were polite, welcoming, and friendly, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Unfortunately, we did have one disappointing experience. We made a reservation at the 12 Tribes restaurant to celebrate our anniversary, but upon arrival we were informed that a private event was scheduled that evening. We were never notified in advance, which was frustrating, especially since it was a special occasion. As a result, we had to look for another place to celebrate.
Thankfully, we found Rooftop 360 next door, which turned out to be a much better choice for the occasion. While this issue didn’t completely overshadow our stay, better communication regarding restaurant reservations would have made the experience much smoother.
