Excellent location and access to other hotels .
The pool seems unhygienic with children and adults having drinks in the pool. Often they’ll spill the drinks in it. People are allowed to get into the pool with normal shorts and tops specially men, not using swimming customs to get in the pool or shower before getting it the pool meant lots of water dripping out of peoples’ clothes outside the pool and bathrooms and a lot of sand brought into the pool.

What I loved most about the property was how clean and beautiful everything was. The tropical setting was absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful landscaping and such a relaxing atmosphere. The entire property was well maintained, inviting, and felt like the perfect place to unwind and enjoy Cabo.

All though the facilities need a little improvement, everything was very nice.

The value was good room serve was quick deliver was on time
Ac was working poorly, we had to keep all blinds closed just to help the room comfortable.
The beds were not very comfortable. Both beds had 3/4 inch foam, Probably due to multiple complaints of hard beds.
The room only supplied 2 pillows per bed.
The rooms floors were not swept unless we asked for them to do so.
Light in room hallway did not work.
Several outlets were so worn out that the plugs can hardly stay in place.
Cords and plugs for lamps are very old and need replaced.
Lamp shade between beds would constantly fall when bumped into.
One elevator was functional other elevator looks like it has been out of order for some time.
We where told that we can have visitors meet us in the lobby but once the visitor arrived to the gate we where told that they could not come into the building.
The supplied print out had incorrect times printed onto the sheet.
We also found out that multiple restaurants or services as part of the all inclusive package were not even open.
Door to men’s bathroom located at the pool bar would not open or close unless forced.
The food was okay at best.
