Our room was beautiful and the hotel is perfectly situated. The service was excellent and the resort is very clean and well maintained. This is our third time staying at the Pueblo Bonito resorts.
The food is hit or miss. Some items would be delicious but others were subpar. The margaritas were terrible!- which is weird for a Mexican resort. It could be challenging to get a tasty cocktail. And where are the lemons?! lol

The staff was nice
I couldn't get a drink, everything was close early. We had to stand in line for a drink. I tried to get room service , everytime i wanted they didnt have. Please its not worth your money. I stayed at alot of places and this one is the worst. I can go on, and on. The lobster tail we paid for was over cooked.
