Friendly staff, great location by lake Como
Nothing about the property, however driving on the long road by the lake needs a lot of patience!

The hosts and staff were excellent and incredibly forthcoming, the food was great (great breakfast!!!!), and the whole place had a beautiful, clean, welcoming atmosphere. I traveled alone for work and originally planned just one night, but ended up staying a second because the experience was that good.
Getting there by bus from Milan is completely doable (a couple of transfers), and the bus stop is right next to the hotel. I rented an electric bike directly from the hotel to explore the coastline along the lake, which was fantastic and easy to do — there's also a scooter rental option in the nearest town. The lake itself is right across from the hotel, so morning swims were easy and convenient. I loved that it's away from the most touristy spots, with easy access to local towns to explore — a really relaxing experience overall.
The last bus back is around 8 PM, so a late evening out means you'll want to rent a bike or scooter to get back. The pool was also on the cooler side — refreshing given how warm it was outside, but worth knowing if you're traveling with kids who prefer warmer water.
