Hotel Belvedere, San Gottardo in Verbania, is a lovely epogue, belle hotel, located on Lago Majore.
The hotel staff was beautiful and so supportive. Breakfast was amazing and the location is outstanding.
Definitely deserve a return visit, however, this time I will have Lakeview :)
The room I received was a bit small and was at the backbank of the hotel, i.e. facing the little alleyways that surround the hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. There was some nice body lotion in the bathroom. The location is perfect for visiting the islands because the port is literally across the street.
The room without lake view was very dark due to the narrow streets in town. The bathroom was large but very basic. All the parking options were payed - it would have been be fare to announce it in the description of the place.

Location and good breakfast
Room had little natural light as the balcony was looking out onto a narrrow alleyway and opposiite other bedroom windows
