Great location. Breakfast was good. We had a ln early departure on the last day and they were able to provide a boxed breakfast for us. Parking is limited. We paid for the hotel parking garage, but you need a smaller car to fit in the tight spaces. Street parking is also available and the hotel staff can explain all of your options. Staff also made good recommendations for dining and for things to do in the area. Would stay here again.

Lovely hotel on the lakeside, very friendly and helpful staff. Thankfully had parking nearby too which helped a lot. Breakfast was really good too.
Would happily return again.

A nice oldish hotel, very well located close to the boat stop, from which one can easily travel to Stresa and the islands. Pleasant and friendly staff, quiet surroundings with a possibility of a comfortable walk to Intra with its excellent restaurants. Varied and tasty breakfast.
My only complaint is that the room was not well sound isolated, and especially in the late evening I could hear water flushing, TVs running, people snoring, etc. Not a big deal, but an opportunity for improvement. Also, I could not find a way to open the safe or turn on the air-conditioning, since no instructions were available in the room (though there was a detailed multi-page manual for the water boiler!).
But generally, if you prefer to avoid the touristic flair of Stresa and stay on the quiter side of the lake, this hotel is a nice choice.

The hotel had a lovely location and the receptionist was very helpful and gave great suggestions. We did not get the room with a view which we had booked but so the receptionist waived the parking fee instead. The room was lovely, clean and spacious. Perfect for a family. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of pastries to choose from! We will definitely come back and recommend the hotel!
