Lovely Lakeside location and easy to stroll around Pallanza and Verbania. Handy for the local ferry boats. Excellent breakfast
Room had a basic feel, (typical of many Italian hotel rooms ). Not that much space to move around

Location was great, good selection for breakfast and staff was friendly
We booked a room with lake view and received a room with partial lake view, which was almost a joke. I was disappointed, as we chose this hotel because we thought having lake view. I went to talk to the hotel manager, who apologised and said it was an issue between booking and their system. They said they will fix it, nevertheless be aware in case you book lake view and better double confirm with the hotel!
The hotel is a bit outdated and could be freshened.
