Serene, beautifully landscaped property with first class amenities and the friendliest staff. Pool, terrace bar, calming rest areas, exquisite architecture and refinements befitting at luxury experience.
Plentry of steps to get to the property from the main shopping street - but should be expected in Taormina which is steeply hilly.

Location
The check-out experience was very disappointing. Although check-out was at 11:00 a.m., at around 11:30 a.m. the staff stood outside our room for approximately 20 minutes, repeatedly urging us to leave because new guests were arriving. The approach felt uncomfortable and not appropriate for a hotel of this standard. They also never asked whether we wished to extend our stay.
In addition, during our second stay the room was much smaller and significantly less comfortable than the one we had during our previous visit, despite a similar price. Overall, our second experience did not match the high standard of our first stay.
