Great location, older infrastructure that could use a lift.
Shower didn’t drain, some foul smell from bathroom pipes

Hotel is clean, staffs are polite but not so helpful or knowledgeable of local porter, which exists. Porters are only work for and are only available from hotels they work for. We found an independent porter in the area after spotting them out during our town walks.
Air conditioning in my room is great but I heard from the people from our wedding party said they have no air conditioning in the suite. It has been quite warm in high 80s.
The bathroom has a very foul smell that lasts few hours, shower did not drain well that left me standing in water, which left me short and minimal showers.
I did tell the desk however, same happened the next day.
Not worth what we paid for.

The location is stunning, the rooms well appointed and very clean and the pool area was beautiful. The young man who attended the pool was excellent and very hard working.
Some of the staff were a little surly but probably a language barrier. But on the whole a very enjoyable stay.

Loved the location being right outside the Plaza, no stairs. Hotel was beautiful, beds were very comfortable and bathrooms & bedrooms were very large.
When I went to the bar in the morning or evening, it was alway closed.
