Arguably the nicest hotel i have ever been to! The friendliest and most professional staff i have ever met! Alessandra at the reception is someone who makes you love the hotel from the second you arrive! 10/10 this hotel

The service was exceptional, and every staff member seemed to go above and beyond. Enza was especially thoughtful — she knew we were heading to Rome next and printed a list of her favorite restaurants and food recommendations — and Luigi at the front door was warm, friendly, and kind. Breakfast was outstanding, with beautiful views over the Amalfi Coast from breakfast and our room. The hotel is also perfectly located in Ravello, within easy walking distance of the charming town. The room was spacious and well stocked, with a Dyson hair dryer, Nespresso machine, tea setup, stocked fridge, and a great bathtub.
The room decor felt somewhat dated for a property at this level, and the robes were disappointing — they looked rumpled and did not feel especially soft or comfortable. We also did not have time to use many of the amenities during our stay but that’s on us - as the pool looked beautiful.
