We loved everything…such a beautiful hotel and the staff especially Mark so friendly and accommodating. The views from our suite were breathtaking. We are leaving a piece of hearts with Ravello. Thank you for everything and we hope to return some day.
There was nothing we didn’t like…everything was perfect!

Nice location, walking distance to the square.
It was a little dated and run down, the CCTV & electric gate made it like a prison.
The staff were quite stand off ish.
Bedroom was dull. We booked via booking.com and was told would be a pool view room… it wasn’t!
It was 2 very hard single beds pushed together with a very dated dirty disabled shower which hugely let the room down.
The soap/coffee facilities weren’t topped up at all during our stay.
