The bed was super comfortable and the pool view great. We had a large room with jacuzzi bath and lovely soft towels
The flooring was odd quary tiles more suited to exterior flooring and they didn't feel clean. The furniture was dated and tired. The complimentary tea and coffee mot great and one packet had been opened.

pool area was amazing, we also attended a BBQ elvis night, food was great, Elvis wasn't. The hotel just needs more staff in bars and restaurants. Long wait for drinks etc but this was not staff's fault just not enough of them. Overall a great hotel and facilties.
Elvis was poor. More staff needed, very limited team.

I love the fact that the hotel isn’t huge. It’s a ‘pretty’ and traditional-looking hotel and still feels small enough to have a personal feel about it. Rooms overlooking the pool are a joy - nothing better than looking out onto blue water, palm trees and a manicured golf course. The restaurant and club house have both improved their menus recently and are a lot better and more varied.
When hotel is very full, as it was, they could do with a few more sunbeds and umbrellas - they have the floor space, so should utilise it. Having said that, one of the pluses of this hotel is that the pool never feels crowded.

Large comfortable rooms, but tired
Staff at golf bar were shocking, waiting 45 minutes for a drink not unusual.
My pregnant daughter and her husband had booked a suite but then were unable to travel due to her illness and the hotel would not reschudule their break. Like me they had been coming for over 20 years, we will not be back.
