L’emplacement magnifique et surtout les hôtes étaient super gentils et de très bon conseils.

We genuinely had one of the best experiences of our lives staying here. The location is utterly gorgeous! Don’t even be fooled by thinking it might be a bit away from typical touristy attractions, since a few of our best memories were made no further away than 15 min. drives. The facilities and amenities at Es Picot were so good. The shower was amazing (warm water whenever you wanted as well as cold water), and so too the temperature inside as it was quite suprising how cool it stayed regardless of the airconditioning or the ceiling fan being on/off. On that: this is the sole airconditioning which dit not give either me or my partner a cold or a cough after a few days.. truly the best souvenir we could have asked for ;). The views were stunning, with a sea view while being surrounded by rugged mountains and beautiful untouched nature. The mornings had lovely sunrises, during the day there was plenty of sun and plenty of shade (as well as the refreshing breeze coming from both the sea as well as the fresh mountain air), the sunset was different everyday and at nights, the skies were undescribably pretty. The hosts were so incredibly welcoming and helpful too. They have been the kindest people I have ever encountered when it comes to staying abroad. Practically attending to our every needs and making sure we had everything we needed and also made us feel like we could be comfortable to not just be ourselves, but also ask for help/advice when needed. The leniency and help we received when our flight was delayed was a welcoming surprise to say the least. We were given the clearest instructions for late check-in and were explicitly told to “take our time” and to “enjoy the drive over”, while even providing videographic instructions on how to reach the location! If you were to find yourself ever considering going to the island and you come across this property - do yourself and your memories justice by going here!!! I promise you will not regret it.

Die Unterkunft liegt malerisch gelegen abseits des Massentourismus. Wer eine ruhige und erholsame Zeit genießen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Morgens wacht man inmitten der Natur mit Blick auf das Meer auf ohne Lärm und Abgase und kann abends bei einem Gläschen Wein den Grillen zuhören. Andreu und seine Frau waren hervorragende Gastgeber! Wir haben phantastische Tipps zur Erkundung der Insel bekommen, die unseren kulturellen Vorlieben mehr als entsprochen haben. Wir konnten uns auch Küchenutensilien leihen, um abends einmal eine Kleinigkeit in der Unterkunft zu essen. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und ein kleiner Kühlschrank lässt es zu auch mal mitgebrachte eigene Getränke zu lagern. Die Klimaanlage sorgt für eine nächtliche Abkühlung. Morgens wird man vom zauberhaften Hund Mell begrüßt, der unglaublich schlau und um keine Streicheleinheit verlegen ist. Das Frühstück hatten wir lediglich nur an einem Tag wahrgenommen, da wir uns recht früh zu unseren Zielen aufgemacht hatten und uns selbst versorgen wollten. Für Langschläfer ist das Frühstück aber ausreichend mit tollem Blick auf die Landschaft. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder, da für uns einfach alles gepasst hat!

Es gibt einfach nichts zu bemängeln!
