Location and cleanliness
Apartment was too warm and couldn’t get temperature down with only one window that opened. Mattresses were also uncomfortable.

Ease of access to ski lifts, closeness of all facilities & restaurants
Rooms were hot even with window open. Noisy neighbours in the Freestyle Academy with young adults outside the apartment smoking, drinking and making a lot of noise.
