Conveniently situated, proximity to roads and station helpful. Staff were great: friendly and helpful
The basin in the room was badly cracked. No china mugs provided in the room. Paper cups provided not suitable for hot drinks.

Staff is friendly, location is good, parking is secure and restaurant is open quite late.
Airco was not working for the entire week we were there (which is strange as airco worked in the restaurant and main building but not in the building with the rooms next door), coffee machine was broken half the time, they seemed to be out of all sorts of drinks all the time (for example Coke they didn't have any), hotel feels a little knackered now (have been to this hotel almost every year for the last 15 years and have seen it degrade over time), pillows were dead and overall cleanliness in the room was mediocre at best.
