The location was amazing. Discreetly positioned at the top of a lane next to a park.
It is an absolutely beautiful property & has been tastefully modernised to the highest standards. We were on the second floor in the attic room which was spacious & comfortable for the weekend.
We believe the name of the property to be a previous generation of the current owners and there are some lovely, nostalgic pictures of the property and the owners in times gone by.
Breakfast was continental.
There's a living room downstairs for guests if required and an outdoor space to sit.

One little thing is the lateness of the check in. 1700 hours.
We had driven for six hours on the day we arrived. We arrived at 1630 hours and were asked to be patient and wait til 1700

Fabulous boutique hotel, attentive staff and lovely breakfast. Room was large and very comfortable and clean. Great historical links with the owner and the history of the house which was very interesting. Very close to Limoges centre and the museums and galleries.
Fridge in the room would have been good.
