Séjour Ok

Parfait pour le confort, l'acceuil et la propreté

L'accès au Parking n'est pas du tout pratique car il faut y accéder uniquement par des escaliers ce qui est très gênant et même difficile si on a des bagages importants et qui plus est avec une personne âgée. C'est le seul point négatif pour moi mais qui est quand même d'importance.

An easy experience

Just what we wanted for a single night on our way back to the UK - everything worked as it should, the room was clean, the shower was a real shower and not an excuse. What more could you want?

predictable, inoffensive, reasonable

the hotel has been undergoing renovations for some time now and it can be noisy, the decor has been updated, slightly, the room chargers are reasonable

the breakfast remains poor (poor choice of bread etc, feels lie 1980); the noise from the building site is not helpful. Staff are ok if not overly friendly

ok, reasonable but fairly uninteresting

I have sated many times and I like the location, the price is ok

the hotel is stuck about 20 yrs behind others, their decor is faded, it is fairly predictable. Breakfast the usual, no surprises, fresh food, wider choice of bread and pastries, hotter coffee, would be good but ...

great location, good breakfast

clean, bright, airy, staff eager to help, excellent electric black out shutters on room exterior, fabulous bathroom and shower

booked 2 single beds, were given a double and a single squeezed into a business room

We were there to visit Limoges Christmas market and the hotel was an ideal location for this.

Breakfast was very good, they proved a good selection.

Would have liked more selection on the tea tray i.e hot chocolate

A lovely mini break at Limoges, in a very pleasant hotel.

Very good location, with short walk to the old quarter and eating places nearby. Also only 10 minutes walk from the station for a day trip out. Staff very friendly and helpful and bedroom clean, comfortable and good size.

Coffee at breakfast was poor, machine did not work well and would have liked real coffee served at the table. A shame as everything else about breakfast was very good.

the rooms had recently been renovated and were extremely comfy and practical

paper cups…. which weren’t replaced after being used

We left an item in the hotel and called the evening after we left. The staff found the item and held it until out return. They were very helpful. Thank you

Clean, comfortable and well located

Room was clean and comfortable with a table and chairs, air conditioning and a large window. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful.

There was a good selection of foods for breakfast, but we think there should have been perhaps plain oats available , for those unable to tolerate, or trying to avoid sugar (e.g. diabetics).
