Great hotel ..great location

Staff were really helpful. It was a nice room with a fab shower. Bed was comfortable. We were very close to the station.
We were in a courtyard where people sat to smoke so occasionally it was noisy.

We loved the location so close from the train station and the center. And we enjoyed the spa so much!

We have stayed here before in June of this year. This time was just a short stay.
Good location and clean
On our previous stay the staff very pleasant and attentive.
Unfortunately this time on our return to the hotel after a day/night out they didn’t even look up from the desk to acknowledge us (a simple hello would have been nice) or a reply to us. I appreciate they may have been in the middle of something but as a receptionist myself it takes nothing to say hello and smile, good customer service 🙂
On our departure as young lady helped us translate a message we had received from our next hotels host. Unfortunately we didn’t get her name but thank you
Would return to this hotel but maybe a little staff training 🙂
