Staff were friendly and pretty helpful.
Good parking at a reasonable cost
Room was classed as a family room
but simply had a second bed squeezed into it. Bath was filthy, room cramped for 3 adults. very cold when heating went off
lift was antiquated and the whole place is in desperate need of refurbishment. WiFi was poor on 3rd floor, a pillow case with towels in it was left in the corridor for 2 days by someone.
not somewhere we'd stay again or recommended to others.
