Everything. The overall hospitality, the location, etc. The owner was very helpful - any questions & she was on to it immediately. She had a good sense of humour. The rooms were clean. The food was good. I could see the Tower from the room. Lined curtains at the window - these muffled any street sound. A short walk to the prom, etc.
The quality of the TV reception depended on the weather, but you don't go on holiday to watch TV. The hotel was within the Gay Quarter, which was handy 😉. It was also close to the Blackpool North railway station, which was useful.
I visited towards the end of the season, but I'm sure it would be as good at the height of the season.
The good old-fashioned Blackpool B&B 😄.

Very clean, friendly staff. Excellent location for what I needed. Lovely breakfast included. Door stop toast was fab!
Downside of being on main road is it's noisy at night but that was to be expected.
Personal preference but bed was too soft for my liking.

Clean and friendly, near to train station and a few good bars near by for food and drinks.
Does not have a bar as stated in the advert, however the Duke pub is only a short walk away and has good pub food, and open till late. Would not recommend for anyone with walking disabilities, our room was on 2nd floor and found it a challenge to get up the stairs. At breakfast my husband ordered poached egg, was told it would take 10 mins which was ok. However when meal arrived egg was not poached. Also asked for the water for tea to be replenished as no water left, was told that it would be refilled, but it wasn't.
