Almost everything...reasonable price for the service and good place to unwind from the heat of the city!
The receptionist charged us for the city tax even we presented our carta identita that we are residence of milan and was told that we can not refund it...???

Comfortable quiet room. Access to the swimming pool. Friendly staff. Cose to the San Siro and Snai La Maura which is why we stayed there. Far from the city centre. Great view from the pool.
The reception staff were polite and helpful, but completely out of touch with what was going on at the pool. We weren’t given robes (they’d run out), and were told towels would be available poolside — but there were no towels and no staff there at all. Luckily we’d brought our own beach towels, so we just went back to our room to get them. The pool area itself was also very stuffy
