Beautiful location.
(Paid) parking outside the hotel. Very safe late in the evening.
Staff is very courteous: we arrived quite late. At some point that afternoon, the staff (Anna) called us to ask what time we would arrive. She gave me tips of where to retrieve the keys late in the night. When we finally arrived, the staff was closing the restaurant. They stopped their activities to help us. The night staff (gentlemen) spoke excellent English. He changed the room for my children. All staff were very polite, they made us feel very welcome!
We were given comfortable and cosy rooms, perfect for our short stay.
Before we left, Nicole gave us tips of the best way to reach the highway and avoid roadworks.
Breakfast is superb!
We will come back to try the thermal bath.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate well in the restaurant. The hotel is very close to the Zurzach Thermal Baths, you can walk down to the next block in flip-flops if you want.
Prices are at normal Swiss level. I wouldn't call it a boutique hotel because it is a big block and not particularly individual, but it was comfortable and we were happy there.
