The hotel, staff, locating, setting was outstanding. I flew into Salzburg airport and was able to get the bus direct from the airpot to Ritzen and it was either another short bus trip (make sure you get the right bus, although they do complete a circuit and change number) or the hotel staff would have collected me. The walk is around 10-15 minutes. Make the hotel central and easy to get to. Upon arrival the staff could not have been more helpful. To be able to swim in the natural lake outside and have the option of swimming inside should the weather have changed was perfect. I highly reccomend a massage at the spa. The breakfast every morning was so fulling and delicious.
It would have been nice if there was a coffee machine in the room and a fan in the hotter weather, but this did not dampen the stay at all. In short there was nothing to not like.

Комната была с прекрасным видом на озеро. Размер и все в комнате было на высшем уровне. У мужа было День рождения, я ни слова не сообщила при въезде и какой шок у меня был, когда они сами утром украсили нам столик и официантка принесла вкуснейший пирог с свечкой. Это шокировало нас двоих🥰 Сам отель сделан со вкусом… каждый уголок это произведение искусства. Кофе машина в номере прекрасная. Спа чудесный, зоны отдыха великолепны. Чай, фрукты в спа-приятный бонус.
Бассейн маленький, но не думаю что в этот отель едут ради него.
