Hotel is in a great location near pier 2 and other exhibits. Staff were lovely, and baths and laundry facility in the basement were great.
Bed is a little firm for me, furniture in room could be more comfortable

The location is very convenient and easy to access. The facilities are new and very clean. They were also very accommodating in receiving an important package on my behalf. I highly recommend this hotel whenever in Kaohsiung.
Even better if early check in can be an option for those traveller who need to refresh and attend events close to check in time.

Location was fantastic. About a 5 mins walk from the train station; about a 5 mins walk to the waterfront and Dayi warehouse; about a 5 mins walk to the Catholic cathedral; there are several convenient stores around; and there’s a store selling delicious beef noodles in the same block around the corner (service was average though).
We also appreciated the filtered water dispenser on our floor providing hot, warm and cold water. Better for the environment than having disposable bottles and we could fill up anytime we want. A glass jug was provided in our room which was very handy.
The room was a comfortable size, and we appreciated the bidet and ample bathroom counter space.
The beds were very firm (too firm for us) and pillows were very soft (too soft for us), leaving us with sore backs. The couch was also very firm.
One of the front desk staff was not very friendly and didn’t really listen and understand when we brought up an issue, but the colleagues we dealt with after were helpful.
