Staff were super helpful, especially when my colleague got sick and we needed to find a clinic. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast was a bit too fancy. They would do better to have simpler Taiwanese dishes rather than trying to do fancy western dishes that then don't keep very well when they sit in a buffet.

We arrived for only one night and honestly regretted not staying longer. The hotel is new, modern, beautifully designed, and genuinely feels luxurious without being overdone.
The room was very large, with a huge and extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom and shower area were spacious and indulgent, the shower itself was excellent, and there was even a hot tub. The room also included a safe, strong air conditioning, a powerful hair dryer, and stable, reliable Wi-Fi.
In the basement level there is a breakfast restaurant area that becomes available to guests during the evening hours. A variety of light meals and snacks are offered there free of charge, including both sweet and savory options, soups, tea, and coffee. Guests receive one voucher per night of stay that can be used there every evening. It is an amazing concept and executed exceptionally well.
Breakfast is mostly Asian-style, and personally, despite really enjoying Asian food, I do not fully connect with the idea of eating what feels like lunch early in the morning. My wife actually liked it a lot and spoke very positively about the breakfast. For guests like me, there were still enough simpler options like bread, butter, eggs, and salads, all perfectly fine.
The service was very typically Taiwanese: polite, efficient, and genuinely friendly.
The hotel also offers parking, located on the street perpendicular to the hotel itself. There are signs directing you to the parking area, but once you arrive it can be a little confusing because there are two adjacent parking garages. The hotel’s parking garage is unmanned (unlike the neighboring one, where there is staff), and it is also fully robotic. When we first arrived, the very first thing we did was try to find the parking entrance. Once we understood which garage belonged to the hotel, we parked and walked over to reception. The parking area is monitored by cameras, and the hotel staff immediately recognized and approved the parking for us

The style of the hotel is quite dark and elegant, but that's a matter of taste..
