Very good location at the central of Lisbon, minutes away walking distance to the Santa Justa lift. The room itself and shower facility are reasonably clean. Breakfast is included with the price. AC is available in the room which is life saving during the hot summer days.
Secluded entrance with multiple flights of stairs. Terrible if traveling with heavy luggage as there is no lifts. While breakfast is included the choices are nothing to write home about. Shared shower facility can be limited depending on the amount of guests. The provided keys to the room are fiddly and hard to use.

We do like that the rooms were separated.
We like too the location as it is very centered.
We dislike the fact that the bathroom was on one of the rooms which makes hard to let the others rest well if someone needs it.

I always stay here… the 24 hr reception people are so helpful. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is fantastic and location is perfect .Few minutes to metro and buses.

The bed, it was the most uncomfortable bed that I’ve ever slept in, barely slept and woke up with pain all over my body, my husband and son reported the same experience
