Staff not happy that we used Booking.com to get our room!Bed Good Water pressure in the shower good, room clean
We were not able to change from 1st floor to ground floor because of booking through you, we are over 80 and dont like stairs, not your fault as we did not specify ground floor!
Motel not near main st shops RSL and cafes restaurants so had to drive to get to them!

Convenient location
Somewhat difficult to locate on the drive in to Ballina

Everything was very nice. Clean room good facilities.
TV noise from the other room coming through the wall. It looks like the TVs are mounted in the same location on the walls, so back to back. Either the people next door were hard of hearing or the walls are thin. Only a small thing but still a pain to put up with.

Affordability & distance to shops ok
Room was accessed daily by staff but only rubbish bins emptied, would have been nice to have fresh towels also.
Noise insulation not good.
No information in room on facilities etc.
