A wonderful find! This heritage inn beautifully combines historic charm with excellent comfort. Our room was spotless, incredibly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect, making it easy to walk to nearby amenities, shops, and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again

The room was well presented and clean. The bed was comfortable. The location was close to shops, restaurants, etc. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
Through no fault of the Owners, the neighbours in the room next door were banging around at 03:45. They made so much noise we decided to get up and head to Sydney at 04:00

POSITIVES:
The location was very central and we could walk to many great restaurants, cafes, shops ,& to the river.
The bed was comfortable and the manager was friendly.
The wifi had a strong signal and was useful.
The buildings look well maintained on the outside and the gardens were attractive.
NEGATIVES:
Our downstairs Deluxe Twin Room ( Unit 26 ) was in need of a total refurbishment. Everything was showing signs of its age. Plus it wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The only window that could be opened was a tiny one in the bathroom. There was limited natural light and in order to use the air conditioner all windows & doors needed to be closed ( for obvious reasons). Our room became very stuffy. Also our room was right beside the footpath and so traffic noise and loud pedestrians were often heard ( was worse in the middle of the night as people went past ).
