Nice and relaxing

Room had a nice view of the river, the balcony was quiet and comfortable, the restaurants were close and good value, and the waterfront was great for a morning walk.

Was what I needed to break up the trip, just sad the restaurant was gone.

The staff were excellent! Very friendly and informative

Devastated to learn the restaurant that used to be there was no longer. I went to a restaurant near by but it was very expensive

Great place to unwind!

River view and sunset was amazing. Would be great if it was possible to take the family. Boardwalk, restaurants and shops all close by. Spacious rooms and comfortable bed!

Really relaxing, enjoyable vacation.

A well appointed apartment with a lovely river view and just a few minutes walk to shops and cafes. Will certainly be back.

Getting in and out of the garage could be easier.

Location and staff are great, but this was NOT a comfortable stay :(

The staff were lovely and very attentive. The reception staff and cleaning staff are an asset to this business. The location is great and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants.

The beds were terribly uncomfortable and we could feel the springs poking through, making sleeping impossible. There were tea and coffee making facilities, but we couldn’t find any dish liquid to clean our mugs with. The room was small and even the balcony felt cramped and un-inviting. Everything here felt old, tired and in need of some serious renovations!

Receptionist was very nice and went out of her way to make our stay hassle free and enjoyable Staff were very friendly and helpful Breakfast downstairs was great and staff were also very friendly and helpful

Air con not working rain came in the door on balcony no mat so walk out on verandah and wet shoes back inside Nothing worth watching on the television Coffee Nespresso machine not working properly really bad coffee Really small fridge flat out fitting in two bottles of champagne

Quick stopover, a little expensive but was okay

Check in was okay.

The cleaner could have removed their cleaning cloth. There looked to be a stain behind the toilet seat when it was closed.

Enjoyed the spa bath & the river view from the balcony! And the big screen TV right in front of King bed, which you can also watch from the bath. Great location!

You could hear some sound from the next room. Would be nice if bathrobe and slippers are available.

location of this property is amazing. Staff are friendly and restaurant is in a great position

we did select a room with a view and it did have that. I have however stayed previously and had a much better room that did not cost as much. that was a bit disappointing but the experience was still lovely.
