The whole hotel was well presented and checking in and out was simple. Communication prior to arriving was simple and straightforward. The continental breakfast was great and the layout was fantastic. The room was exceptionally tidy and spacious.

Superb place to stay in Ballina. Loved it!
Wonderful breakfast in the morning.
Restaurant was temporarily closed for evening meals.
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
The location and ambiance of the building.
All timber floors and was woken early 2 mornings with room next door wearing noisy heels( shoes). A few rugs around the place wouldn’t go astray to minimise noise.
A full length mirror would be great. A comfy chair to sit in ( in my small room) would also be a bonus.

Liked the idea that it had history
Very tired looking and in a bit of a time warp
