Large enough for family of 4. Excellent location right opposite the beach. Very helpful staff. Balconies were nice to sit outdoor.

Location & very spacious & lovely staff.
A couple of small maintenance issues in our room that we spoke to them about but they weren’t fixed. Aircon in bedroom was set at 22 but the actual air coming out was 28 degrees

I loved the view — we had a “D” side, so it was 180-degree view to mountains and the beach and the city! Beautiful sunsets everyday!
The room is nice, bright and very spacious with a lot of air, A/C are bit noisy but it didn’t bother us. We had 11 floor and music from the outside wasn’t too noisy, especially if you close the balcony door.
The staff is very welcoming and nice!
And perfect location it’s 5 mins walk from the hotel, there are two 7/11 and a lot of restaurants on the next street.
Maybe a little bit outdated furniture and definitely old TV — no smart tv, so there’s no use for it at all.

The 2 bedroom seaview apartment was amazing! It was clean and all amenities worked well. I want to say Thank You 🙏 to a sweet lady Supervisor by the name of Grong and the Manager Mr Duke for sorting out some issues for us. Because of you our stay was well above comfortable. I have to also mention their
Security guards were awesome too they would salute us every time we walked by. We feel safe here.
My family have been to Phuket many times and this Apartment is the best so far. We will be back again😊

Die Lage ist prima. Mittendrin und dennoch etwa für sich. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Größe des Apartments ist Wahnsinn, aber auch etwas schlecht genutzt ohne Mobiliar und dafür kleinem Badezimmer.
Es sieht kaum aus wie auf den aufpolierten Fotos. In die Jahre gekommen und wenig gepflegt. Die Klimaanlagen sind laut und schwierig zu kontrollieren. Jeden Abend schallt bis in die Nacht hinein Live-Musik aus einer benachbarten Bar herüber. Die Wände sind hellhörig, der Abfluss stinkt teilweise. Die Badezimmertür dürfte auch gerne eine richtige Tür sein. Nicht komplett barrierefrei.

Literally nothing
First of all the receptionist was the rudest person i’ve ever met he took around 45 minutes only to find my booking and when i asked him what’s taking so long he said if I didn’t like it i should leave and he was giving me signals with his hand and all, but I waited and checked in the room was big but the AC was really hot and smelly even everywhere I touched in the room was dusty and old thanks god i only booked one room! Any ways when it’s time to checkout they kept coming knocking the door really hard and asked us to leave also very rude, and when we asked for someone to help us with the luggage they simply said they don’t have anyone because bell boy didn’t come to work yet!!!!

Facilities especially the reception staff..unfriendly. requested for two extra beds during booking ..when arrived the manger was not even admitting that seen request..so I stragle to get only one bed.
I think it is not even in a standard of a hotel .

Apartment size / lifts / internet / location & staff (generally) good
Stayed 5 weeks - first apartment was extremely substandard & noisey as per other reviews- we asked to move after one night and to the credit of staff they moved us to another apartment which was far superior. Pool became an issue after 1 week with filter system breaking down so the pool became green & cloudy & stayed that way. Despite suggesting to the manager a week later that an update on repairs be posted in the lifts & foyer after a week nothing was done. We ended up going to the sister Centara hotel 7 mins walk away and paying bht390 each for a day pass which you could spend on food & beverages but gave access to the pools. TV is also an issue in the apartments with mostly fuzzy channels - same issue in both apartments we stayed in and they couldn't fix it. Ended up buying a google chromecaste & TV dongle. Overall maintenance is an issue which is a shame because the property could be magnificent.

Easy walk to the beach
10 days and we had it all!
One aircon didn't work in one of the bedrooms, it took them three days to fix it.
The sink in the kitchen was so smelly, we couldn't stand it.
Another bathroom had a maintenance opening issues. The door was constantly opening and pipes smelled like poo. It was fixed after two days. It also had ants and after cleaning them they kept coming.
At some point power sockets went off, but thankfully that issue was fixed while we were out and about.
Cleaning was very average, but the staff is very nice.
The place itself has a lot of wear and tear and not as clean as one would expect.
We stayed as a family of four plus a baby and upon booking I made it clear that we traveled with a child, the management made a very bad decision to put us directly above a room that was undergoing a substantial renovation. After two days complaining about the noiseand asking them to move they gave us a separate room for one day for the baby to take her daily naps. Thanks for that.
And the last, but not least - valve change on our second last day and the entire building is out of water from 9am to 5pm. They didn't even bring us some extra water or something. Just a letterbox drop. When the water went back we had a few happy minutes before electricity went down. At the reception they said one hour, then another one... Obviously...
To spice it up there was also a fire alarm system test at some point. Went almost unnoticed as we got used to everything possible going wrong with this place!
When we asked for a late check-out they wanted to charge us 1/2 day rate for a few hours after everything that happened. Very disappointed. Very very unhappy with them.
Having said that we paid over $2k AUD for 10 days stay. I do not recommend this place at all.

Everything was very good , very clean , big and spacious flat .I would recommend it . Well equipped kitchen ,two big bathrooms . In the building you can play billiards ,ping pong and darts. Very close nice restaurant " Mario " for italian pizza and good local food. So close to the beach .Perfect !!!

IT is just an apartament building, almost no other services or facilities. Old building, old furniture, old AC, the pool full of leaves - nobody clean, the staff knows little english but they are polite, poor housekeeping.

Wonderful view from the balcony and great location, close to the beach and eateries. Pool looked great, but didn't get a chance to try it. Staff were nice and the room was comfortable. You can hear the noise/singing from the pub/s, but after drawing the curtains closed and with hum of the aircon, we didn't notice it much.
They didn't set up the extra bedding I had asked for when I booked. They had it set up the following day after I mentioned it. A sticky residue was on one of the curtain handles in the bedroom.

we stayed in 15d. would suggest people who want to sleep at night try and get apartments on the other side of the building away from the very loud bars, e.g 15a. we needed ear plugs to sleep as the noise was too intrusive between 9pm and 3am. unless of course you are at the bar until then ;-)
