Nestled in Vail, this lovely house for $2,024 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Ski View Chalet Newly renovated, this Magnificent Townhome features amazing panoramic views of Vail Mountain overlooking Lionshead gondola and beyond. New designer kitchen features Subzero and Wolf appliances. New guest bathrooms with in-floor radiant heat and Kohler fixtures. New solid hardwood floors, tile, and wool carpet throughout. The home is 3000 square feet and features a master suite on the top floor with a large seating area, Jacuzzi tub, shower, in-floor radiant heat and walk-in closet. On the lower level, there are 2 queen bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (1 en-suite) with in-floor radiant heat and a 4th bedroom with bunk-beds and sleeper sofa. Avoid the crowds and bring après ski to your private outdoor hot tub and spacious deck with epic views. Deck overlooks community pool. True indoor outdoor experience. On Free Shuttle Bus route allowing for easy slope access (4-5 minute walk to shuttle, then 5 minutes on the shuttle to pedestrian bridge for Lionshead access or 7 minutes to Vail Village). Or Drive to Vail within 5 minutes; parking is free after 3PM in Winter and free all day in Spring/Summer/Fall. The home sleeps 8 people (max allowed) and has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The home features an open floor plan with kitchen, dining, and living room flowing together on main level. Enjoy wireless internet, 3 TV’s with cable, wood burning fireplace, grill on private deck, private hot tub, and 1 car heated garage for gear, etc. Community heated pool and tennis courts (immediate access from home) are open May – Oct. Make yourself at home with creature comforts such as new washer and dryer, full kitchen that includes dishwasher, wine glasses, crock pot, electric griddle, and all other essentials. Fine dining, great nightlife, and great outdoor fun are all part of Vail year round. Non ski-season offers world-class golf, hiking- North Trail (trail-head adjacent), Piney Lake access road, horseback riding, and Olympic salt water pool, tennis court, pickle-ball courts, and a sports court just below your window. Summer biking is great! Access Vail/Lionshead/Gore Creek Trail from house via pedestrian bridge. Home allows close and easy access to the North Trail system which is great for hiking and mountain biking. Bring your mountain bike or rent one in Lionshead Village. This is a lovely, well appointed property. Clean and beautifully renovated, the house has everything a large group could want. The community pool is great—large and heated to a toasty 82 degrees. The free bus into Vail is very convenient to the property.

We are so happy we chose to spend our vacation here. We had questions regarding the location as well as proximity to Vail Village. The host as well as the owner answered all our questions within a matter of minutes. From the moment you walk in, you are drawn to the large wall of windows that provide breathtaking views of the mountains. The townhouse is beautifully decorated, spacious and well equipped. The deck overlooks the tennis/pickleball courts and spacious swimming pool/hot tub. We enjoyed using these amenities. The grill on the deck was perfect for the days we ate in. The private hot tub was used almost daily. We can go on and on about how great this place is.
You truly feel like being home when you are here. It's that special. We can't wait to return.

Excellent Vail House!
This was our second time at this house. Everything about it is exactly as you see in the photographs. The house is absolutely beautiful. You can get to the mountain just a short drive or take the shuttle bus. Communication with the property manager is excellent! We look forward to returning for year three.

We love it! This was our third time staying here!
As I said, this was the third time we have stayed at this property. We love the location because it is easy to come and go but yet close enough to the village if one wanted to walk. The view is amazing. As for the home, it is nicely taken care of and fully stocked with anything you could need. We like to eat on in so the well stocked kitchen and grill on the deck were very useful. The pool which was renovated a couple of years ago is fantastic. This unit overlooks the pool and tennis courts. There is a very nice hiking trail just across the road. We love this property and it has become our summer mountain go to!

Great house! Great location!
The pictures don’t do this house justice! It’s an awesome house with great finishes. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and items we needed. The master is HUGE! All the other rooms are great sizes too. We traveled with 4 couples. We had one pregnant person in our group so she shuttled us back and forth to vail village- a very short 6 minute drive. One day the road conditions were bad so everyone took the shuttle at the end of the road to and from and it was super easy and convenient! Probably could have just done the shuttle the whole trip. Alan was great and answered any questions prior to arrival!

Perfect Family Holiday Home
This beautiful holiday home is just as amazing as the photographs, and then some! All our transactions with Alan were quickly handled from our booking to answering all our questions and needs for our stay. The home has stunning views of Vail Mountain from the large open plan main room. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to make delicious home cooked meals after a great day of skiing. We parked in Lionshead everyday, but the home is conveniently located near the free shuttle bus down the street. I know you will enjoy this home in any season as much as we did! We will be back for sure!

Beautiful
We had a great time! When the coffee maker broke, Alan took care of it right away. We traveled with another family and had 5 kids under 7. We had to drive one mile to Vail. I think that was the only drawback. House was in tip top shape, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend if you don’t mind driving places.

Fabulous family vacation at a great place!
We just came back from a great four night stay. Not only was the place lovely with all of the renovations but the place literally had everything imaginable. We have rented homes many times and this place really came fully stocked. Alan was great to work with and very responsive.

Amazing for couples retreat
Spent 4 nights here with two other couples and couldn’t have asked for a better situation. Shuttle to skiing and town was a short distance away. Coming back to the outdoor hot tub and the comfort of this beautiful home made for a perfect weekend in the mountains.

Amazing Getaway
The condo met our needs perfectly. Completely remodeled with modern amenities. Kitchen had everything we needed. The layout of the condo is perfect for large groups. We had two families (4 adults and 6 kids) and everyone had their own space to escape for quite time but the main floor was large to accommodate everyone w/o feeling cramped. Having two masters was fantastic for the adults. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of extra linens, towels, pillows and blankets. Kids absolutely loved the bunk room and having their own TV. Owner was very responsive through the whole experience. Complex pool recently remodeled and absolutely beautiful. Overall wonderful complex. We will return again!

Second time at this property!
This was our second year staying at this home! We loved the remodel by the way- nice job! The home is very spacious, user friendly and we liked the location. The kids loved having the bunk room. We did not want to have to deal with the crowds of the village but loved being close enough to visit for dinner, shopping and the Vail Dance Festival. There are several hiking trails very close ( within walking distance). We could easily come and go without the village traffic. The pool was closed while we were there for renovations but looks like it will be a very nice improvement when complete. We highly recommend this property. We have nothing but good to say about this home!

Amazing house, much better than expected.
I had a great week staying at this place, everybody loved it and it was much better than expected. The house had everything we needed and more. I would stay here again. The only setback was that the house wasn't cleaned before we arrived. I called Alan and he was able to fix the problem very quickly. I have stayed in many places in Colorado and for me this place is top #1.

We really enjoyed our stay at this fully equipped house. It was a great size for 6 adults. We did use a car to drive to and from the slopes.

Beautiful home, great stay
I have made several trips to Vail and stayed in many different places and this is my favorite. The house is absolutely beautiful. We had 10 people and were very comfortable. The kitchen, dining room, family room area is a great gathering place that we enjoyed tremendously. My teeenagers also loved the privacy of the rooms downstairs. We drove to Lionshead rather than taking the shuttle. It was a simple drive and we never had problems parking. The owner was very helpful before and during the trip. We all loved the place and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Christmas Ski Trip!
This property Is absolutely beautiful just recently renovated! Fully stocked kitchen, Spectacular views, comfortable bedding, heated floor in master bathroom. It felt just like home. Walking distance to vail village and Lionshead village. It was an absolute dream. Will definitely return. Thank you Alan for making our trip an unforgettable one!!
