Permit #: 154992 Plaza Splendor is a large modernized adobe home located in the center of historic Santa Fe. Just a short eight minute (0.5 mile) walk to the Plaza, this beautiful two-story home has integrated but separate living spaces upstairs and down and two private entrances with adjoining off-street parking. The home comprises one king and one queen bedroom on the upstairs level and one queen bedroom downstairs also with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. An ideal situation for families with children or groups of up to eight adults. The home is a lovingly decorated and immaculately maintained New Pueblo-style house with a very large fully private courtyard. Here you will find the best of old and new Santa Fe style, chosen for beauty and arranged for comfort. Plaza Splendor is representative of New Mexico architecture and decoration with fine New Mexican artifacts, kiva gas-fired fireplaces, viga ceilings and woven cotton rugs. The main level (upstairs) has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large open concept living area, a full kitchen, separate dining room and a small office space. The downstairs is accessible by a private entrance as well as through the interior stairs. For the fantastic Santa Fe weather, Plaza Splendor offers a large courtyard, with both covered and uncovered areas to allow outdoor dining and relaxing when you need a glass of wine and time to review the highlights of your day in Santa Fe. Plaza Splendor is designed for your comfort and pleasure. It's just 3 blocks off the Plaza, so all of historic Santa Fe is close by. Additionally, there is a community pool very near the residence at the Fort Marcy Recreation Center. You should check the availability of the pool on the FMRC website.

From start to finish the communication was great. Check in and check out process were very easy. The place was perfect for our family of 5. The location was very convenient-walking distance to the plaza and on the road to go up to Ski Santa Fe. The place had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is brilliantly located. We were close to the ski area and close to the plaza. During our stay, we were able to walk to dinner on multiple nights. Not having to fight parking around the plaza was amazing! The property is well maintained and super cozy. We especially loved having access to a gas fireplace at night. We would highly recommend this property to someone looking to embrace all that Santa Fe has to offer while minimizing time in a vehicle.

It’s not easy to find such a warm, welcoming environment with great indoor & outdoor spaces that will comfortably accommodate 5 women.
Plaza Splendor checked all the boxes for 5 long-time girlfriends re-uniting for a milestone birthday.
The 3 bathrooms were spacious & well-stocked, the 3 bedrooms were easy to share & very comfortable, the kitchen had more than just the basic small appliances (i.e. milk frother for morning lattes & cappucinos), and the local art pieces throughout the home made our visit feel so special!
The proximity to hiking trails, Old Town restaurants, galleries, & historic sites made for an excellent home-away-from-home experience.

Simply perfect for our annual, 3-couple autumn jaunt! We could not have asked for a more comfortable, convenient location and home-base for exploring all that is wonderful in Santa Fe. A quick walk to the Plaza and just a hop, skip and jump to other nearby attractions. The home's tasteful décor and extensive art collection further immersed our group of Easterners in a true southwest experience. The privacy of the garden and patio was a welcome respite at the end of the day!

Beautiful property and great decor. Easy to walk to plaza and nearly all restaurants. A few bugs in the basement and location on a busy corner were minor negatives. Would have been nice to have some coffee K-cups and laundry soap on-site when arrived, but Sprouts had all we needed.

This home was absolutely ENCHANTING! It's so spacious, there were 5 adults and we had all the room we needed! The art in the home is just beautiful, thank you for honoring your Guests with all this art! The home is well stocked, not once did we "look" for something that was needed and not find it! Great windows for air circulation...love that NM fresh air first thing in the morning. A lovely courtyard. An amazing location, across from a Park and just a short walk to the Plaza!

Lovely property, clean and spacious inside. The kitchen was equipped, plenty of towels, big outside area, overall very lovely.
A couple things that might need some looking into. The second bedroom needs to have a new bed, the mattress was cheep and thin and bouncy. And I am an outside person so the backyard could have used a good blowing. One last thing The windows were very dirty.

We were more than happy with our stay . Everything as advertised. My daughter and I took the upstairs bedrooms with our private bathrooms and my nephew and his wife were in the downstairs with its own private entrance , living room, kitchen, bathroom , bedroom and laundry. We stayed during winter and weather was cold but heater worked great . We would love to experience the house in the summer as the outdoor patio and yard are inviting. Loved this place.

Four adults stayed in this beautiful home with gorgeous patio. Easy to cook in well appointed kitchen. Three baths with three bedrooms. Downstairs bedroom is a separate apartment. My family and I loved this place! It was beautiful inside and out, and just as advertised. The artwork/decor found throughout the house is high quality and interesting. Kudos to the housekeeping team that prepared the house for us, as it was immaculate. The beds were comfortable, the shower heads in all three bathrooms were amazing, and there was plenty of drawer and closet space. The lower level "apartment" is a fun surprise when you turn the corner at the bottom of the stairs! Really nicely decorated and inviting. The courtyard is spacious and private, with a very nice garden and patio layout. It's a short walk to the Plaza, which solved any parking problems we might have had. A big nod to Richard, who was incredibly welcoming and responsive. This is a house we would love to stay at again.

This is a beautiful, comfortable and well -appointed property. There was plenty of inside room for five adults. And there are2 private courtyards for outside space. It is walking distance to the Plaza area and very close to Ft Marcy Park .

Santa Fe getaway for 6
We had a great time in Santa Fe. The house was easy walking distance to the Plaza. The house more than met our needs as having a bathroom for each couple was a must. The two story setup with living areas and kitchens on both levels provided ample space to spread out. The upstairs refrigerator stopped working and Richard came over first thing the next morning and arranged for a rental to be delivered the same day. We couldn't have asked for more! We had a great time and will use Adobe Casitas Vacation Rentals the next time we visit Santa Fe.

The adult kids (+partner) were downstairs and we were upstairs with my sister and brother-in-law joining for a few days. Room for all! Perfect Santa Fe Home
We stayed for a week with our adult children - a total of 6 adults. Everything was exactly as shown and described in the posting . Great gathering areas for a group of this size, and also privacy at night with the three bedrooms and baths. The downstairs area is a complete standalone unit with its own kitchen and living room, which is a nice addition. As some reviews described, there is some road noise, but it didn't bother any of us. We are into fitness, so the city park/rec center right across the street was a great bonus for us. The home has lots of "southwest" charm, which we enjoyed as a family from Florida. We walked to the Plaza/Restaurants every day and it's 10 minutes or less each direction. The only slight issue we had was with the amount of hot water upstairs, but we discovered there is a separate water heater downstairs, so we spaced out shower times/locations to make sure no one was showering with cold water. That was truly a minor issue, and I would recommend this home for any group of our size. If we visit Santa Fe again, we will definitely stay here.
