What a dream house to stay in, I was lucky enough to have the big suite and the entire place to myself which felt like a dream! Xiomara was also the perfect host. Thanks again for the delightful stay. Also the house design was just on point. It felt super relaxing to stay there. I felt like a princess.

Oh my heart!
We stayed at beautiful Los Patios thirteen years ago when our daughters were 5&2. This year I’m on an adventure in Nicaragua with my eldest, now 18, and when we booked our trip we knew our first stop had to be a long awaited return to Los Patios.
It was everything we remembered and more. Xiomara is the warmest, most welcoming and kindest host one could imagine. She is the heart of Los Patios!
The hotel itself (treat yourself to the exquisite room on the top floor - the views are magnificent) manages the beautiful -but hard to achieve- interplay between contemporary and design forward while maintaining a feeling of warmth and an ode to Nicaraguan culture.
We feel so grateful to have been able to return

Ruime kamers. Rustige omgeving en toch dicht bij het centrum. Vriendelijke en goede service.
Heet ontbijt had iets gevarieerder mogen zijn. Het was lekker maar altijd hetzelfde.
