Everyone working here was so friendly. We arrived later on in the evening and were immediately welcomed. It’s a wonderful place in a quiet part of the city and the breakfast was fantastic!

The staff are outstanding! And the entire stay was made extremely comfortable by their presence and warmth. They were always around to help with recommendations and answer any questions that I had. The location is very convenient, and the house itself is beautiful. The cleanliness is 10/10, and what I loved was their breakfast - every morning, something new. Excellent! I would definitely recommend this place to any first time visitor to Mexico! Thank you, Elvia, Axel and my friend Bonito!

A unique, creatively restored old mansion in San Raphael.
The only minor observation was the somewhat low lighting in the reception/living room space. Although very bright fluorescent lights were available.

EVERYTHING! While Patio 77 seems to be in the know to travel and decor magazines it still feels very off the radar and original to its core. It is a beautiful building with elegant yet unpretentious decor, very warm and comfortable. The team is sincere, friendly, welcoming and helpful...including the sweet little four-legged pero Bonito!! The breakfasts are delicious and fresh and the main dish varies day to day, served in the airy bright dining room. My room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed, modern updated bathroom, beautiful older furnishings. Oh and the beautiful wood floors and tile everywhere! The hotel is super clean and maintained daily. You can walk different directions, ask for suggestions for anything including sites, restaurants and when to take Uber. There is a store that carries wine at a nearby corner that you can bring a bottle to the living room for late night drink (reconfirm), and a good bakery super close! The neighborhood is more "real, everyday" life compared to the over-hyped Roma, yet still walking distance (25m?) to Roma. I truly appreciated everything and am so grateful to the entire team! Whenever I return to CDMX, I want to stay here again!!
