hotel facilities were great, the breakfast, dinner etc.
no view no life in rooms. room needs to be refurnished, can be better if becomes cosy and warm.

Beyond our expectations! This property was a dream. The views were stunning. Just the place to relax. The staffs (front office, dinning hall, basically everyone) were so kind and helpful, made our stay wonderful. Even the guests were all kind and greeted each other. It was a sweet thing to experience as I could sense everyone being so relaxed at this place. And that’s ideally what we are looking for at the end of the day.
Moreover, the food was fantastic! We had opted for breakfast and dinner. They were both rich. Breakfast had plenty of healthy options. Dinners always were more healthier - in a good way. It would be a set menu, and I don’t consume meat or sea food, but they would always have alternatives available so that worked out just fine.
The amenities at the property provide you with everything you need to settle down after a long day exploring the town and mountains near by. The swimming pool was definitely my favourite.
We got the Junior Suite. It was incredibly spacious. We knew we wouldn’t have a view. So I was a bit sceptical about that. But when we got our room, we were in love! We had a massive private garden, and also a partial Mountain View, which was so beautiful.
Last but not the least - their free shuttle service. We didn’t know about this and it was a complete surprise on our arrival, but made our trip so much more convenient. We didn’t need to worry about parking in the town or close to the cable cars.

Breakfast was great, facilities looked good but didn't make use of them.
My room was small, could not fit 2 suitcases anywhere, my husband had to put his in the cupboard. I booked a standard room which didn't quite match the advertised photos. Thought it was expensive for what you got.
