Great location, good meals ( breakfast and dinner), the swimming pools and SPA are great and above all the reception were very kind and helpful.

Gorgeous food, very professional staff, amazing SPA area, tennis court with mountain view, spacious room.
The flowers of the second floor apartment were watered directly into our terrace.

Quiet Location. Hotel has excellent facilities and a fabulous spa and pools. The food was fantastic. Excellent buffet breakfast with fantastic choice of food. The evening meals were also amazing and very good value for money (we had only booked Bed and Breakfast). The staff were amazing from reception staff to the waiters/waitresses. The hotel also provided free access to the local buses for the duration of our stay.
No aircon in the room which could get hot. However the staff did provide us with a fan which was appreciated. Some of the facilities in the room could do with being updated. The bed was not the most comfortable but that's a personal preference.

The scenery, our room, the spa, the food and the staff were all great. We did one of the organised hikes which was excellent. It’s a lovely hotel with a fabulous spa.
There was building work that we weren’t told about. It’s quite a distance out from Ortisei but there are local buses. These however don’t run in the evenings so you would need taxis to go to Ortisei for an evening. The hotel has no evening entertainment so it’s very quiet after dinner. There were a lot of children during our last couple of days who were running noisily through the spa and through the dining area.
