The location was incredible. Really close to all of the hiking and biking and close busses and transport. Having your own sauna was amazing. The breakfast was incredible— gourmet and so many options. Staff was kind. Room service was incredible.
It doesn’t have a pool or spa. The pictures look like there is a pool but you have to take a bus 20 min away to use a different pool but only have access for 50 min. That felt like a big deal to us. It was hard to find a local Masage and I wish the people at the front desk could have helped facilitate that since they don’t offer it on site. I also booked the suite with a hot tub and when I got there they didn’t have one available. That felt like a big bummer. They had us change rooms half way through our stay and then couldn’t reimburse us bc we had booked through booking. They did give us a credit to their restaurant which was delicious.

The newly renovated hotel, room was so confortable and beautiful. The location was perfect ! The breakfast was really good with variety of good quality food.
