The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, and the meals were excellent.
I booked a single room and it was smaller and narrower than I’d anticipated. The real difficulty was that my room faced the chapel next door, which had bells clanging loudly every 15 minutes from 7 am to 10 pm. I paid xtra to be moved to a much larger room that faced away from the chapel; which made a small difference. For anyone who may find the bells disruptive, be sure to ask about them before you book.

The owners are absolutely lovely — warm, kind and incredibly welcoming — and I honestly couldn’t say better things about them. They informed me super well. Breakfast was also very nice, simple but fresh and enjoyable. They truly made the stay as pleasant as possible.
That said, for the price I paid per night, I personally wouldn’t stay again. I understand that accommodation in the Dolomites can be expensive, but at €300 a night, I think it’s fair to expect an almost flawless experience. The room was very small and quite basic for the rate, minimally decorated, with no air conditioning and no top sheet — just a fitted sheet and a rather rough bedspread, which wasn’t particularly comfortable in summer. I also wouldn’t recommend it for travelers without a car, especially with luggage, as reaching the property requires walking up a very steep hill. Unfortunately, despite the wonderful hospitality, I didn’t feel the accommodation itself justified the price.
