Very nice location, nice room and kind staff. They also upgraded our room which was lovely. The breakfast experience was 10/10
The saunas were only available at 14:30 and didnt live up to the expectations. Also the dinner was not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

The staff was wonderful. Erika and her husband the chef were the best.
The rooms were of pine and rustic and nothing elegant to represent a 5 STAR hotel. 5 star hotels do not have the owners dog roaming the hallways and barking at customers nor does a 5 star hotel have a half circular shower. You best be thin or else you’ll never make it. Not a great value for the money. We overspent for our stay. There are 4 star hotels located in town with much more tastefully decorated with better amenities. We visited other hotels and compare pricing. Also the furnishing of the hotel is Euro gaudy chic! We tried to relocate but the owner would not refund the balance.
