The hotel was fantastic. Breakfast included. Dinners were very good. The grounds of the hotel were very pretty. Lots of areas to enjoy yourself. The pool, sauna, steamer and relaxation area felt like you were in a spa setting. Lounge area was very comfortable. Very convenient walk to town.
The only thing g that would be nice is if you could order 1 thing for dinner instead of a set 4 course meal. Sometimes we weren't hungry enough to eat that much and it was a set price. Also the hot tub wasn't hot

Exceptional hotel, with fantastic spa facilities. Spacious, quiet and comfortable room. Fantastic staff. Both Breakfast and dinner were brilliant, with great variety and service. 10 minute walk from the centre of Ortisei and most cable cars.

The property was well maintained and in a good location. The half board was a real value, dinners were delicious. A good selection at breakfast as well.

Nice atmosphere + inside yard.
No water in the rooms, no mini bar. Cleaning girls must to know more confidence when to clean and when to leave.
Price must be more equal for quality level.
