You can really tell a difference when you stay at a family-owned hotel versus a corporate one. It was lovely to to be greeted daily by the family at the lobby/reception area. The breakfast was also delicious and there were various options. We also loved the pool and the sauna area, which was spacious and always very clean. We could really switch off at this place while enjoying the beautiful view from our balcony.
The only thing would be some clear instructions om how to turn on the A/C (if there was one). We didn’t mind to sleep with the window open, however, and we’d happily come back again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this family-run hotel. The staff were the kindest and most welcoming hotel staff I have ever encountered, and I travel frequently and stay in hotels often. They truly made us feel at home.
The hotel offers free parking, which was very convenient, and the infinity pool is simply stunning, with breathtaking views of the town and the surrounding mountains. The breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of fresh and delicious options. We also loved the complimentary afternoon snack, especially the homemade cakes. A nice extra was the complimentary bus pass provided by the hotel, and the bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the hotel.
The location is perfect – only a 5-minute walk to the town center (around 10 minutes back because of the uphill walk). The Seceda cable car is about 10 minutes away on foot, and the Alpe di Siusi cable car is only 5 minutes away. We didn't use our car at all during our stay because everything was within walking distance.
We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Modern, good pool facility & nice staff
Very loud from our room. Thought this may be a guest issue but it sounded like plumbing which wasn’t the best for a good sleep
