The location is perfect! The receptionists were very nice and friendly. The male waiter in the other restaurant was exceptionally professional and provided the best service we have ever experienced in a hotel. His friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out and deserve special recognition.
Every morning at 6:59 a.m., the cleaning staff started moving furniture, cleaning and using a vacuum machine, which was extremely loud and woke us up. The rooms are also poorly soundproofed, so noise from neighboring guests.
For a summer stay, the lack of air conditioning and a refrigerator in the room was also inconvenient. When opening the window, there is no insect net, so a lot of insects enter the room.
We were also told at reception and in the restaurant that dogs were allowed in one of the restaurants. However, during dinner the second evening, a waitress told us that dogs were actually not allowed there. The service from her was also disappointing, so we decided not to dine at that restaurant again.

There is amazing view of the mountains. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Very cosy atmosphere and the staff was welcoming. The spa is great with relaxation rooms , outdoor jacuzzi and more. The location is great for trips in dolomite. Less than 15 from Ortisie and other towns.

The hotel has everything you need, the food is really good, the spa is amazing, the staff members are very friendly.
The rooms and the hotel need renovation, everything is perfectly clean but outdated. The rooms have no aircon, that could be a problem in hotter months.
