Overall the stay was great! The staff were fantastic, especially Florin, who was caring and professional. The hotel was clean and well maintained, the bed was comfortable, and the wellness area was amazing. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety. The location is remote, but the breathtaking scenery makes it absolutely worth it. Recommended!
For a 4-star hotel, the lack of a minibar and kettle in the room was disappointing. The dog fee was also quite high, especially considering that no pet amenities were provided, not even a water bowl. Given the remote location, it would have been nice to have more entertainment options, such as a pool table, board games, or other activities for guests.
