Big room, good location (also a pick up spot for Cardrona's paid shuttle), excellent value for money. Kitchenette had a combo microwave and oven which was good for small meals, and free washer/dryer was great.
Stayed for 7 nights and had to request a clean - they made up the bed but don't think sheets were changed/cleaning done. Liked that top ups for towels etc can be requested at any point but not that cleaning is only done for stays longer than 7 days.

The room was spacious with separate lounge and kitchen area, bathroom and bedroom. Big bed was comfy great pillows. It was very quiet at night. The sauna and spa were great after a hard day on the mountain. And for the rainy day a small gym to work out if that is your jam. It was clean with good quality linen, small kitchen with cook top and microwave. A great location 5 min walk to the lake track. Drive. 30min from TC and 40min to Cardys. 5min from town.
No allocated parking space just take what you could. But in saying that we never had an issue finding a spot to park close to our unit and we were there for two weeks in the ski season.

The room was a great size, although we did not spend too much time there. It was clean and the pool looked nice - but we didn't go in. Staff were friendly when asked a question.
The pillows weren't very comfy for us, maybe having more than just one pillow each would have given us a choice.

I love the price point, the size of the studio and we loved the pool and hot pool. Having access to great facilities is awesome and it is way bigger than most studios.
We found a g-string underwear down in the chair in the room, when I mentioned it to reception the lady laughed and said feel free to dispose of it, no apology or offer to collect and put in the bin, I understand things get missed with housekeeping it was a bit gross and the receptionist's reply was a bit rude. The restaurant was open on Sunday night and Monday night but no chef, the in room menu does not mention this. we had a glass of wine went to order tea to discover this and pizza was all that could be offered. No problem but let guests know this on the in room menu perhaps. We will be back but would expect a better level of service or response to an issue.
