In a good location to ski in and ski out and kept clean and tidy - pool and sauna area were nice. Easy to hire skis a the hotel and people were generally friendly and helpful.
Quite a distance to walk for lift passes and bottom of both gondolas and not much going on in vicinity to walk to as it’s half way up the mountain. Smoking in public places was not nice as it’s something that doesn’t happen in the UK so we aren’t used to it and the food at breakfast and dinner wasn’t hot enough but it didn’t stop us eating as you are starving when you get off the slopes.

So I'm still in between rating this property pleasant (6) or good (7). The property didn't meet my expectations. Internet system is really bad, every room has its own internet system but it doesn't work if the TV in not on, and even then the connection is so poor. I could't stay online for more than one hour, it would always disconnect. TV programs are not working, I couldn't watch the TV on Saturday nigh... The tap in the shower is slow, the hairdryer is shutting down every 5 minutes, there is no hair conditioner in the rooms, doorknob of the toilet is falling out. Those are all little things which can be fixed in the minute, and I expect those things to work out in the 4 stars hotel. The only reason why I would give a good rate is staff. Receptionist was really understandable about our complaint and she gave us refund for massages as act of an apology. Staff is really nice and pleasant. The breakfast and dinner (half board) exceeded my expectations.
