It is excellent value, a little expensive, but in general Milos is expensive even if you compare with other places in Greece. The apartment has a big, generous terrace. They do cleaning and change towels daily. You can go to the beach there, in Polinia, a 10-15 mins walk, or go in other places. For that you have to rent a car, which is not cheap (around 60 EUR per day) but is worthwhile. The good news is that parking it is not a problem.
PS:You have to go to Sarakiniko, which is not really a beach but the place is stunning. Another wonderful beach is Plathinia but you have to make previously a reservation. Also Plaka is wonderful.
A little more generous offer for the kitchenette will be nice.

Great location walking distance to all the great restaurants in Pollonia. The room was comfortable and the bed was really comfortable. Alex was friendly and helpful showing us the best beaches to go to. We really enjoyed our stay!

The flexibility at check-in was very good, and Alex was an incredibly nice person. It was extra nice that there was a cold white wine in the fridge when we arrived. Alex was service minded and followed us up the whole way. I would recommend anyone to stay here.
