Staff were super helpful and always around! The room was cleaned and the towels changed every day! Location was also perfect - 8 minute walk from the main Pollonia bit.

Very clean. Spacious, beach towels, hanger; a lot of natural light. We asked for a beach umbrella and he found one we could borrow.
We decided to stay a few more days in the island and booked it a day before, in booking.com says sea view; it’s not, also photos are outdated in the platform.
The owner apologized not very nicely saying it was still an affordable price and he hasn’t been able to update the listing in booking; bc I booked last minute he didn’t have time to tell me it wasn’t sea view (what¿?). I decided not to fight and continue enjoying my vacations.
Negative:
-Can’t enjoy a nice breakfast/lunch at the terrace (the only dinner table available) as it’s full heavy sun with no umbrella/shadow.
-No basics for cooking (salt, peper, oil) etc. Only coffee and sugar. Kitchen is not very functional in general, not a lot of real space to make some food, uncomfortable.
-Bed is not very comfy, not terrible though.
-As of May31st there’s a construction right next to the building (also not mentioned anywhere): heavy odor, noise, dust, trucks and workers around every time including saturdays.
Im sorry but the whole check in process and the weird interaction threw us off entirely.
