Nos ha encantado nuestra estancia en The Ritz-Carlton Xi’an. La verdad es que hemos estado muy a gusto desde el primer momento y nos ha gustado todo, tanto el hotel como todos los detalles que hacen que la estancia sea especial.
La cama era comodísima y hemos dormido genial, que después de un día de turismo se agradece muchísimo. También cenamos en el restaurante del lobby y fue una muy buena elección, nos gustó mucho la comida.
Y, sobre todo, queremos destacar al personal. Todo el mundo fue súper atento, amable y pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, sin resultar excesivo. Se nota que cuidan mucho al huésped.
Nos vamos con muy buen recuerdo del hotel y de nuestra estancia en Xi’an. Sin duda, si volvemos a la ciudad, repetiríamos.
Este hotel no tiene nada malo, todo correcto.

The hotel is beautiful but it is the little attention that really made it for us. Very lovely hotel and 5 star hotel all the way!
