Everything about this hotel was spot on – but the best was the staff; they couldn't have been more helpful, especially Zachary in the reception area – he went above and beyond to ensure we navigated the language and the locations of sightseeing activities easily. I highly recommend this hotel.

- petit déjeuner excellent avec beaucoup de choix
- chambre très confortable
- accueil très chaleureux de la réceptionniste, Sami
- matelas et oreiller trop mou
- notre chambre donnait sur une avenue donc nous entendions les bruits de klaxon

員工超級無敵好de，會送外賣到房間，看到我受傷了還給我準備了雲南白藥和冰袋，讓我感受到了陝西人的熱情
那個加濕器剛開始是壞的，我也不是很理解，它是亮的，就認為它是好的結果是壞的，音響剛開始連接也是有點問題，硬生生乾了兩晚，隔音非常的一般，早上能聽到隔壁房間的關門聲和洗漱的聲音，沒辦法扣外幣卡，這點還是得注意
