The best Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed at by far.

It was clean, stylish, nice staff, and great location for what we needed.

All in all, it was great!

There was a good variety of food at breakfast. The dining area was nice and clean. We were traveling for ball and it was nice to have paper products for our evening meal available. We will stay here again if in the area.

The chlorine level in the pool was high. We couldn't swim very long because it was too much. Pool was small, there were a lot of kids that were without supervision. They were extremely loud and it echoed in that small area.

Lovely property, very comfortable and clean!

The property was very clean and new, so that was great! The breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly!

The shower head in our room leaked. It was also one that could be hand held and so it was a little awkward to leave on the wall and shower with---it sprayed straight out. I forgot to let them know about the leaking before I left---room 210. Also, just a personal preference, but didn't like the feather pillows....allergies!

The staff there, excellent. The fact that they care and they let it show will bring you back here!

The breakfast was ok, It's just that I don't really eat a lot of pork anymore so had very little choices. But the staff there was top prime! They accommodated me even at turbulent times.

I didn't like the fact that there was no option for turkey sausage in the morning breakfast but other than that, I have no complaints about this particular property.

will never stay at Holiday Inn again

didn't like anything. Reserved it 3 weeks before and three days before our stay one of their employees decided to go thru and delete our booking. And since they are extremely short staffed, they had only a few rooms clean and no one to do it. Horrible!! made excuses.

Great value and an exceptionally clean hotel.

Breakfast was great! Room was very clean. Staff was superb. We will definitely be back.

There was a shortage of towels during the evening. Not a deal breaker, but just a mild inconvenience.

We stayed the night before our son's wedding at the Thompson barn and and had a wonderful stay.

Front desk staff was very friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was wonderful

Very clean, nice hotel

The Hotel was very nice, comfortable and clean!! Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and they had a nice variety. But be sure your there before it ends as they shut it up ON the DOT!! If I'm ever in Olathe again, I will most likely stay here.

Parking was an issue. I got back rather late after a concert and there were NO parking spots left as several large pickups with trailers had taken up multiple parking spots. I ended up parking under the canopy by the front door as I didn't want to park on the street. I did notify the front desk to make them aware of the situation. The lady I spoke with was quite nice and understood my situation and thanked me for letting her know how I resolved my issue and assured me it wasn't a problem where I parked. The other draw back was THERE IS NO LATE NIGHT RESTAURANTS! After going to the concert I wanted something to eat, figured there'd be at least a McDonald's or something open at 11:30pm. Nope, not even a gas station or Kwik Shop open! Had to drive 20 min one way to find a QT that was open. So either eat BEFORE you go to an event or take food with you to have in your room!

We enjoyed our stay and will be back unless prices increase too much.

Nice clean hotel.

Parking was tough. Several large trucks took up multiple spots and left no parking.

I met Nicole, she was extremely amazing! She helped us a lot.

Breakfast was good!

It’s hard to get supplies when you request for them. I had to use a dirty towel, when they said they didn’t have any clean towel.
